Anthony Joshua will face the American YouTuber in an eight-bout fight which will be shown in real-time on Netflix.
British boxer Joshua declared he will "dominate completely" the American and "break" the American as the pair confronted each other to promote next month's boxing match.
Former two time unified title holder Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive disparity - at Miami venue on December 19th.
Fighter's Mentality
"I will break his face and hurt his body. I'm here to prove my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, stated.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I'm going to really want to cause him pain. That's my intention."
Respectful Interaction
In spite of these statements, a relaxed Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - usually recognized for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul instead attacked ex Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and called him "not serious" after Ngannou rejected a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, targeted UK opponent Tyson Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a victory for Paul.
"Jake Paul is better than Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer commented.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of declaring he will punish Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to talk badly about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he remarked.
Paul's History
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mainly fought mixed martial artists or faded names since turning professional.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
Nevertheless, the novice remains one of boxing's biggest money-making draws, regularly earning huge paydays.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old forecast a stoppage in rounds four or five and asserted he would stop the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly under discussion for two years from now.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
Size Difference
As the two fighters participated in the usual stare-down, with their size difference on show, it highlighted just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how astonishing it is that the match is actually going ahead.
